Your request for Parcel Merger 99-361 to merge two adjacent lots (APN's 773-144-
014 and 773-144-015) in the cove on Avenida Navarro has been approved.
We had to redo Exhibit "B" so it only showed that two lots are being merged. The lot
line adjustment for the resulting lot and adjacent lot will need to be applied for and
recorded after this merger is complete. The attached Grant Deed needs to be signed
by you in the presence of a Notary Public.
Please have the Grant Deed and approved exhibits "A" and "B" for this Merger recorded
with the County Recorder and give us a copy of the recorded documents for our files.
Until the recorded copies are received, our Parcel Merger file is not complete. Attached
is a letter addressed to the County Recorder for"you to present to them indicating our
approval of this Parcel Merger.
