Enclosed are the approved exhibits that need to be submitted with your notarized Grant Deed to the
County Recorder's Office. Once recorded, please send a copy of the material to our office for filing.
Enclosed is a letter addressed to the Riverside County Recorder stating that PM 2000-372 .can be
recorded.
The City has approved this merger based on zoning compliance and correctness of the exhibits. Any
potential conflicts with utility easements should be investigated by the developer at the earliest
opportunity. By execution of this approval, the applicant and/or property owner agrees to indemnify,
defend, and hold harmless the City of La Quinta from any legal claim or ligation arising out of the
City's approval of this parcel merger.
