of La Quinta". A Minor Adjustment Permit (Section 9.210.040/Zoning Ordinance) may be approved only for deviations

requirement) or for deviations specifically identified in the La Quinta Zoning Ordinance. Other deviations shall require

Dear Mr. Edwards,
The Community Development Department has reviewed your request for the above
referenced Minor Adjustment and has determined that a setback adjustment is not
necessary as the PGA West Specific Plan criteria for Single Family Detached
Development requires a 15-feet front yard setback for the non -garage portions of the
dwelling. The proposed guest house at 19.-feet is well within the required front yard
setback. Upon written request to withdraw the Minor Adjustment request, the City can
refund the $200.00 fee that was paid.
