The Community Development Department has reviewed your request to reduce the
front yard setback from 20' to 18' for Lot 210 of Tract 26152 pursuant to Section
9.210.040 (Minor Adjustments) of the Zoning Ordinance. The Department has
approved the adjustment request because it (1) is not detrimental to the health, safety,
and general welfare of this area in that said adjustment is minor and not readily
discernible, (2) does not exceed the 10% allowance of the Zoning Code, and (3) will
not adversely affect the General Plan, which permits single family development on the
property. Additionally, this request is exempt from review. of the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) based on Section 15303(a).
