Adjustment of the front yard setback on Lot 20 of Tract 29053-3 on Joey Court,
subject. to the. enclosed plan exhibits and the following conditions:
1 . Developer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the City of La Quinta
in the event of any legal claim or litigation arising out of the City's approval of
