SUBJECT: SETBACK ADJUSTMENT 90-021 - THE ENCLAVE/TRACT 21120
Please note that a setback adjustment was approved by the
Planning Department on July 10, 1990, stating.the following:
Pools/spas and pool equipment are allowed to be located
0-feet from the rear property line, alongside the golf
course on lots in Tract 21120. Permission, however, must
first be obtained from the owners of the adjacent golf
course allowing the placement of the pool/spa or .pool
equipment on the rear of the property boundary.
