for a setback adjustment, pursuant to Chapter 9.188 of•the City
of La Quinta Planning & Zoning Regulations. The following
setback adjustment has been approved subject to conditions and
in accordance with attached Exhibit A.
SETBACK ADJUSTMENT:
Rear 10-foot setback reduced to 6.5 feet side 5-feet
setback reduced to 1.5 feet.

NOTE: A letter from the owner of the lake area to the north and
east of this property has been submitted approving the
location of the pool equipment in the setback area..
After review it was determined that:
