Swimming pool 3-feet from rear and side property'boundary.
Swimming pool equipment 7-feet from.rear property

encroachment and has stamped .a copy of the plans
which are on file..
After review it was determined that:

purpose of the zoning ordinance.

that; the plans for construction of a swimming pool should proceed, and the
resultant encroachment within the subject 5.00 foot PUE, along the rear
property line of LOT 4, be allowed.
