of this Ordinance; that there are special circumstances applicable to the
property, including such factors as size, shape, topography, location or
surroundings that justify the approval of the adjustment of the setback
requirement, and that the adjustment will not be detrimental to the
health, safety, and general welfare of the community or be detrimental to
property in the area of the parcel for which the adjustment is requested.

Ensure pool is reinforced to Building Code requirements. fi

This setback 'adjustment does not apply to mechanical pool
equipment.

The application fees shall be paid prior to. building permit
issuance.
5.
Pursuant..to GTE rrequirements a three 'irich PVC conduit,
schedule 40, or better, shall be placed'withim the rear yard.'
5-foot wide easement area. This would,'facilitate their
accessing the area in the future, should the need to replace
the facilities arise. This conduit is to be capped off within
five feet of fhe side property lines; and should be placed at
a minimum depth of thirty inches.
