This letter is to report approval of your recent ent application for a setback adjustment, pursuant to,
Chapter 9.188 of the City of La Quinta Planning and Zoning Regulations. The following
setback adjustment has been approved subject to conditions and in'accordance with attached
Exhibit "A".
SETBACK ADJUSTMENT:
Five foot setback reduced to three feet (rear yard).
FOR: Swimming Pool/Spa.
CONDITIONS:
1. The Applicant shall comply with Municipal Code Fencing requirements for pools-.
2. Ensure pool is reinforced to Building Code requirements.
3. This setback adjustment does not apply to mechanical pool equipment.
After review it was determined that:
1. This adjustment is consistent with the intent and purpose of the Zoning Ordinance.
