The Community Development Department has reviewed your request for a setback
reduction from five feet to three feet for_ the proposed swimming pool' depicted in
► Exhibit "All. Your application has been approved pursuant to Chapter 9.188 of the
City of La Quinta Planning and Zoning -Regulations..:: This approval is subject to the
-following conditions and in accordance "with the attached Exhibit "A".
SETBACK ADJUSTMENT
Reduction of front yard setback from, five feet ..tol three feet and sideyard setback -
from five feet to four feet six inches.
FOR: Swimming Pool
CONDITIONS:
1. Obtain a'building permit for the,pool from the Building Department.
2. The fencing requirements of the'SR,Zone shall be met in conjunction with the
State requirements for pool fencing. '
FINDINGS
1. This adjustment is consistent with the intent and purpose of- the Zoning
Ordinance . E ;
