Department.
2. The other Zoning Code provisions shall be met.
3. If ground excavation is required, please contact Underground
Service Alert (USA) at 1-800-422-4133. The service. is free of
charge provided USA is given at least two working days'
notice.

4 A three (3) inch PVC conduit, schedule 40 or better, be placed within the,
Imperial Irrigation District easement area located near the rear property line.
This would facilitate the area in the future, should the need to replace utility
facilities arise. This conduit is to be capped off within five (5) feet of the
side property lines, and should be placed at a maximum of thirty (30) inches
from the rear property line.
