Dear Mr. Tavell
Our staff cannot approve your request to reduce the rear yard setback- from five feet to three
feet for your proposed swimming pool at 52-275 Avenida Obregon because there Is an existing
public utility easement along the rear property line which could be affected by this -action.
The easement is controlled by the Imperial Irrigation District which in April of this year
requested that our staff not approve any setback adjustments in this area because the new
improvement (i.e., swimming pool) would adversely -effect their service capabilities.
