Dear Mr. Snellenberger:
Our department has reviewed your request to allow the newly installed A.C. condensing unit
to encroach 2'-6" into the Zoning Code required 5'-0" sideyard setback at 79-120 Arbola
Circle (Quinterra). The Conditions of Approval for. this project (Precise Plan 95-855) _
require all mechancial equipment to be placed outside the required setbacks for all new
houses to be built in Tract 239.13 pursuant to.. the City's R-1 Zoning District standards..
Therefore, staff denies the request as submitted. ;
This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission if a written appeal is filed by '
January 29, 1996. The.appeal shall be filed with our department with a fee of $175.00.
