Dear Mr. Romero:
The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your request for two permanently -
mounted business identification sign for "Creative Nails" at The Pavilions at La Quinta. The
approval is subject to the following Conditions:
1 . This sign permit grants two permanent internally -illuminated channel letter signs. "Creative
Nails" letters shall be black/white with bronze returns and a gold trim cap. All letters shall
be attached flush with the fascia. The materials, size, illumination and location for the sign
are per the approved plans on file with the Planning Department.
2. Each sign shall not exceed an area of twenty (20) square feet. The letter "N" shall be
limited to twenty (20) inches in height. All other letters shall be limited to twelve (12)
inches in height. The total sign area shall not exceed forty (40) square feet.
3. The sign letters must conform to the_ approved Sign Program for The Pavilion at La Quinta
(SA 04-786).
4. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department prior to
installation of the sign.
I have enclosed two stamped approved copies of the plans. One is for your submittal to the
Building & Safety Department and the other is for your records.
