Dear Mr. Hazekamp:
The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your request for;
two permanent ..f..ree-..standing. identification.monument signs at the Adams Street entrance
to Lake,:La Quinta The approval is su.bjecf to the following conditions,
1. This.,s gn permit, is.fo.r two permanent non -illuminated single -Sided monument signs
with 1 -inch deep.fabricated lettering. Thesign is per approved plans on file with the
Community Development Department.
2. The signs, including the existing planter box, shall not be greater than six (6) feet in
height, measured' from the top of the curb to the top of the monument sign, and
fifteen (15) feet in length.
3. The sigins shall he placed a. minimom.of six (6) from the Adams Street curb and ten
(10) feet from the entrance street curb (Via Grazianna).
4. The signs shall not be placed within the City's right-of-way, and shall be lower than
thirty (30) inches in height if placed within the "intersection obstruction triangle" as
determined by the City.
5. The existing monument sign in..the. center planter on Via Grazianna shall be
removed prior to. installation of the. new monument signs ...
