This is to inform you the Architectural Review Committee for Esplanade Community
Association met recently to review your 12/6/09 submittal requesting to install the
following per the attached plans and application:
1. Install pool & spa.
2. Restore rear yard landscape once pool & spa complete.
After due consideration the Architectural Committee has approved your request
contingent on the following items:
1. Re -install stacked gravity -clock retaining wall at opposite ends of pool to protect
existing slope.
2. Owner must obtain all permits through City of La Quinta.
(i.e. Fence height, drainage, equipment location, hardscape and landscape)
3. Owner required to maintain drainage from rear yard to street.
4. Please return notice of completion form at the end of your installation.
