The Esplanade Community Association Architectural Review Committee
reviewed and approved the plans for the Shade Structure Cover over Courtyard.
Just a reminder that approval from the DRC is meant for aesthetic purposes
only and should not be interpreted as a waiver of any required permits or
adherence to all applicable building ordinances as required. Additionally, no
approval is granted for storage of construction material on common areas and
all care should be exercised to minimize traffic disruption or noise and dust
impact upon neighboring properties.
