construction of your patio, pool, spa, barbecue, fireplace and landscaping in accordance with the revised
drawings and paperwork.
Your contractor has been contacted and will pick up your plans. We have kept one set for our files.
Please bear in mind that you are responsible for obtaining any building permits and/or inspections that may
be required by the City of La Quinta.
Please remember that this approval does not permit you to alter any property that is not within the
boundaries of your residential lot. Also, it is important that you understand that you, as the homeowner, are
responsible for maintaining and insuring any betterments and improvements to your home.
All work is to be commenced within thirty days of final written approval and completed within
ninety days of commencement, unless written consent for a longer period is received.
SPECIAL NOTICE
Due to street slurrying,NO construction vehicles will be permitted on Andalusia streets from
Saturday October 13th through Sunday October 21St.
After October 21St, no construction debris or materials may be placed on the street unless the street is
protected with tarps.Any damage to the street caused by construction activity must be repaired and
cleaned prior to architectural deposit refund.
Hours of construction from October 1 through April 30 annually:
Monday—Friday 7:00 a.m.—5:30 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 a.m.—5:00 p.m.
Sunday& Holidays No work
Regarding construction debris, the site must be cleaned up daily, including the driveway, street and
gutter.No dumping of dirt or other construction debris is permitted anywhere on the property.
