The proposed work, as shown on Vacation Pools, Inc. plan with a hand written date. of 2/7/08, is approved but the following stipulations and requirement's must be incorporated into the project: 1. The owner and the contractor are to meet with the landscape manager and the maintenance manager prior to starting the work. 2. The contractor cannot use the adjacent green belt for access. " 3. The contractor cannot use the street to stock construction materials or construction debris. 4. The contractor is to repair and/or replace -any damage to existing landscaping, irrigation, lighting, hardscape and street pavement if damaged during constriction. 5. Contractor cannot use the street gutters to wash out trucks or clean up debris. All gunite and construction debris is to be broom cleaned and washed out,keeping the gutter clean. - 6. The waterfall is to be held down to a minimum of 1 foot 0 inches below the property line wall. 7. Any new raised planters adjacent to the property line wall are to be reinforced for added surcharge and the property wall waterproofed to prevent water damage and staining of the property wall. 8. Any umbrella to be submitted for approval. 9. The contractor and the owner to meet with the manager to perform an inspection of work prior to submitting a Notice of Completion form. 10. Contractor to provide a Notice of Completion Certification Letter. (enclosed) 11. The owner to provide the signed City of La Quinta Inspection Card along with the Notice of Completion form. 12.
