Dear Mr.Holder,
The Architectural Committee has reviewed and processed the structural plan submittal for the
proposed atrium enclosure and installation of three skylights. Sheets SP1.0, A1.0, A2.0 and E.
Sheets SP1.0, A1.0, A2.0 and E/M1.0 dated May 28, 2014, prepared by Radoni Design. The
requested project is acceptable.
Please note: Please refer to the Committee's June 5, 2014 letter to you for applicable conditions
and/or requirements. A copy of the letter is enclosed for your convenience. The requirement for
a pre-construction meeting to document the roof condition is essential. Plan to complete this
with William Aceves,the Maintenance Manager. Item 17 of the previous Committee letter is not
applicable to this project. This project will require the contractor to establish traffic control on
Arnold Palmer due to the heavy traffic on this street. The committee does not review the roofing
drainage layout. The owner and contractor are responsible for the performance of the roof to not
have birdbaths and obstructive flow.
