Thank you for your Architectural Variance request to add a pool and
spa in your enclosed sideyard with the pool equipment room to be
located inside the existing wall.
Your plans have been approved as submitted provided you adhere to
the attached "Construction Regulations" and subject to the
following:
1. Tile is to be placed on the front entry walk between the
gate and the driveway. This. has been approved; however,
the Association is not responsible if the tile should be
chipped and/or otherwise damaged.
2. Driveway to be stained with a beige stain to match the
tile. This has been approved; however, the Association
is not responsible for any replacements/repairs of this
new surface.
