La Quinta Zoning Code. Minor Adjustment Request: Lot 1: To reduce the rear yard setback from 20.00 feet to 19.97.feet. Lot 18: To reduce the rear yard setback from 20.00 feet to 19.85 feet. Minor Adjustment 2006-578 is consistent with the intent of the La Quinta Zoning Code, in that the requested adjustments will retain adequate rear and side yard separations as required under said Zoning Code.
