Dear Sirs:
This letter is to confirm that we have completed the structural observations for
pump house at the Country Club Of The Desert. We observed framing, drag
straps and connections for conformance with the structural plans and notes on
sheet S-1 as required by the 1997 UBC Section 1702. To the best of our
knowledge and within the limitations of visual observation, all of the deficiencies
noted have been corrected and the final construction is in substantial conformance
with the approved project structural plans.
