SUBJECT: SIGN PERMIT 2010-1449: HIDEAWAY CONSTRUCTION ENTRY SIGN
Dear Mr. Swindel:
The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your request for one non -illuminated
freestanding monument sign for the Hideaway Construction and Service Entrance along
Avenue 52. The monument sign will be located on the south side of Avenue 52 as shown
in the attached exhibit. The approval is subject to the following Conditions:
1. This sign permit grants one non -illuminated monument sign. The materials and
colors for the sign are per the approved plans on file with the Planning Department.
2. The freestanding monument sign shall not exceed an area greater than twenty-four
(24) square feet, and shall not exceed a height of six (6) feet, measured from
finished grade.
I. The freestanding monument sign shall be located a minimum of five (5) feet out of
the pubic right-of-way and a minimum of five (5) feet behind the existing curb -cut
at the entrance to the construction and service area.
4. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department prior to
installation of the sign if required.
