During our meeting at the site on March 26, 1998, it was determined that four solutions to the existing enclosure would be acceptable to the Building and Safety Department; 1) To provide an enclosure rated for exterior use; 2) Provide a letter from the manufacturer accepting the enclosure as installed; 3) Provide a letter from the Association representing the manufacturer's accepting the enclosure as installed; 4) Construct a wall at the enclosure location to create an indoor condition as specified on the enclosure specifications.
