We would like to obtain a permit for the perimeter wall surrounding Mery Griffin's property (see attached highlighted approved rough grading plans). This will assist us in complying with our agreement with Mr. Griffin. It had been decided that this wall could be built in Mr. Griffin's absence for future privacy and inconvenience issues.
