This letter is to notify you that your request has been approved and is subject to the following conditions of i approval: i { 1 . The applicant is permitted to install temporary fencing as shown on the plans i on file with Minor Use Permit 2012-1042. The applicant is permitted to i install three (3) separate fence types including: i i Rail fences in front of vacant residential properties S Screen fences along the undeveloped portions of Griffin Ranch, and i Access gates along, and north of, "Mery Griffin Way" - The placement of each fencing type shall conform to plans ,on file with this application, including fence details, fencing heights, and locations as shown on the plans. 2. The minimum dimension for gates is twenty (20) feet clear and unobstructed width and a minimum vertical clearance of 13 feet 6 inches in height. Any p' gate providing access from a road shall .be located at 'least 35 feet setback from the roadway and shall open to allow a vehicle to stop without obstructing traffic on the road. i 4. No fire hydrants or any other Fire Department appliances/equipment shall be blocked or obstructed by fencing. 5. The applicant shall install either a Knox Key Lock box or Knox Padlock mounted per recommended standard of the Knox Company. Plans shall be submitted to the Fire Department for approval of mounting location/position and operating standards. Special forms are available from the Fire Department for the ordering of the Key Switch.. This form must be authorized and signed by the Fire Department for the correctly coded system to be purchased. The keys for the gate shall be placed inside these lock boxes for I emergency access.
