The purpose of this letter is to determine the suitability of the existing antenna mounts to support the proposed Sprint Antennas and RRHs as shown on JRA's latest drawings dated 07/10/2012 sheets A-3 and A-7. Based on our visual review of the existing architectural drawings and photos provided, the existing antennas are mounted on crossarms of an existing lattice tower. The proposed antenna maximum weight is 60 lbs and the proposed RRH maximum weight is 60 lbs. Sprint is proposing to add (1) new antenna and (1) new RRH on the crossarms per sector. We believe that the existing mount is capable of supporting the proposed installations. This structural certification completed by Zalzali &Associates Inc. on behalf of JRA and ALU, was inclusive of the entire antenna support structure(i.e. T-arms, mounting pipes and anchors, assuming they were originally installed per original design specifications), that will support the Sprint Network Vision equipment deployment. Consideration of the existing tower structure (Building or Pole)and its foundation is not included in the scope of this assessment. We trust this letter meets your requirements. Please contact us if anything further is required. Sincerely, oQOFESS/O 5C_ ZAzly LU sr C10- OFC 10-OFC Wissam Zalzali,P.E.
