SUBJECT: MINOR USE PERMIT 2011-1031;
TEMPORARY TRAILER
Dear Ms. Castro:
The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your request for a temporary
trailer for the property located at 80800 Avenue 60. (APN 766-080-007), subject
to the exhibits on file and the following Conditions:
1 . If a building permit is required, contact the Building and Safety
Department at (760) 777-7012 for permit requirements.
2. . A written notice providing emergency personnel a 24-hour emergency
contact phone number in.case problems arise shall be mounted on the on
the exterior of the trailer in minimum 1 " high letter.
3. Install one 2A10BC fire extinguisher inside the trailer office.
4. The trailer shall be permitted to remain.Iin use for one year from the date
of this permit approval letter, unless a time extension is applied for and
granted by this Department. The Planning Director may extend the
permit for a set time period if _needed. No fee is charged to extend this
permit.
5. The .applicant/property owner agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold
harmless the City of La Quinta (the "City"), it's. agents, officers and
employees from any claim,* or litigation arising out of the City's approval
of this project. This indemnification shall. include any award toward
attorney's fees. The City of La Quinta shall have the right to select its
defense counsel in its sole discretion.
The City may elect to add Conditions to this application request to mitigate any
problems that arise not previously addressed herein. This decision may be appealed
to the Planning Commission by. anyone provided they submit the necessary
paperwork and filing fee of $175.00 to this office within 15 days of approval of
this permit.
