1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 7:45 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Members present were: Commissioner Beck and Chairman Moran.
Members absent were: Commissioners DeGasperin, Griffith,
Jaffy and Pina.
A quorum was not present.

A. Because of the lack of a quorum, Chairman Moran declared
the meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
The meeting was adjourned to Friday morning, May 23, 1986,
at 8:00 a.m., because of the Memorial Day holiday on the
regular meeting day, May 26, 1986.
