Richard Cutler residence. My license # is ( C10) 597452 and I do hold a La quinta city lic. My proposal is to restore isolated , safe power to the pool equipment as well as the casita so that the owner could possibly use the casita if need be . the pool equipment power as well as the casita sub panel power both run under ground and was untouched by the fire . My plan is to remove all circuits from the panel with the exception of the pool panel sub feed and the casita sub feed. ( as stated both.run underground) I would also add one gfi circuit with one or two plugs for the work tools needed on site .Or we can use casita power if you prefer for the trade tools.. I talked to plans examiner James Johnson in your department and he seemed to think this would work and suggested putting a lock on the panel as well after our work above is completed , but stated we need to get your approval first. We hope to get approval to go ahead with this as soon as possible due to the pool situation primarily. I appreciate your time and wait on your reply.
