Quest Landscape Construction Inc, hereby proposes to furnish the materials and labor
necessary for the landscape, irrigation and installation at the above referenced project. All Work
will be accomplished using Quests professional, attentive and pro -actively trained methods.
Scope of work:
Move a majority of the existing boulders to back of home only leaving enough in
front of the property to match the landscaping on the other side of the home. After we
set the boulders in place we will carve and drop gravel on the back slope. Any additional
boulders and stones will be set aside to add to the additional work to. be done at a later
date. Demo the existing wall left of front gate including haul off and deposal. We will
install a new extended wall to mimic wall on right side of front gate including stucco
finish. This price also includes relocation of plants that are in the way of construction in
places for future landscape. We will run irrigation to plants in the area as to keep them
alive until we know exactly what is to be done with them later. All electrical on existing
wall will be staked temporarily until we know more information as to what stays and
what goes.
Exclusions:
Export of soil, cross rip, water and electrical meters, survey, inspection, soil testing, site
furnishings, drainage, rough grading, slope stabilization, copper piping, repair of
damages due to rain, wind, erosion, slope failure, vandalism or acts of God.

Landscape Proposal

All work to be done in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices.
Any alteration or deviation from specifications on this contract involving extra costs will
be executed only upon written permission and will become an extra charge over and
above this estimate. Any set backs on your behalf or another contractor that prevents
our team from proceeding with this work continuously (move in) will become an
overtime charge to the client above this estimate. Client to carry fire and other
necessary liability insurance. All costs incurred including 10% interest and attorney fees
due to default of payment will be the responsibility of the client and not Quest
Landscaping Inc.. Our workers are fully covered by workmens' compensation
insurance.
TOTAL PROPOSAL: $19,950.00
PAYMENT SCHEDULE AS FOLLOWS:
35% PRIAR TO START OF WORK $ 6,982.50
55% AFTER COMPLETION OF WALL FOOTING $10,972.50
