All Work will be accomplished using Quests professional, attentive and pro -actively trained methods. Scope of work: Move a majority of the existing boulders to back of home only leaving enough in front of the property to match the landscaping on the other side of the home. After we set the boulders in place we will carve and drop gravel on the back slope. Any additional boulders and stones will be set aside to add to the additional work to. be done at a later date. Demo the existing wall left of front gate including haul off and deposal. We will install a new extended wall to mimic wall on right side of front gate including stucco finish. This price also includes relocation of plants that are in the way of construction in places for future landscape. We will run irrigation to plants in the area as to keep them alive until we know exactly what is to be done with them later. All electrical on existing wall will be staked temporarily until we know more information as to what stays and what goes.
