Dear Ms. Bock:
The Planning Department hereby approves your request for a modification to Tentative
Tract Map (TTM) 28409 to improve the existing entry/exit gate into the residential
tract. The improvements include removal of the existing iron -fence, and replacing it
with rock veneer solid block wall. There is no change in the physical location of the
existing gates or walls. The modification of the gate is subject to the following
condition:
1. The faux rock veneer shall match the existing rock veneer used along the
project's perimeter fence.
This approval will be forwarded to the Building and Safety Department for their
