Dear Mr. Cross:
The Community Development. Department has reviewed and approved your request for one (1)
building -mounted illuminated business identification signs for "Tower Market", located at 77985
Avenida Montezuma. The sign has been determined to be consistent with the provisions of the
La Quinta Municipal Code; Chapter 9.160 (Signs). This sign is approved per the sign exhibits
enclosed, subject to the following Conditions:
This sign permit grants one (1) building -mounted illuminated business identification sign,
reading "Tower Market", inclusive of. the 6.25 square foot logo sign. The sign shall be
placed on the building's east elevation above the leasehold space, as represented in the
sign graphics on file with this application. The sign with logo shall not exceed 43.0
square feet in aggregate.
2. The applicant is required to obtain a building permit prior to the placement of this sign.
