- contingent on the `following items:
1. Owner must obtain all permits through City of La Quinta:
I.e. Fence height,. drainage, equipment location, hardscape:and landscape
2. Owner ,required to maintain drainage from rear yard to street.
3. Owner required to ensure all debris, construction materials are swept .up in the
curb, gutters and streets on a daily. basis., - Notes:. Black rock overlaycompleted to
the streets on November 18.x' and 19" therefore all streets must remain 100%.
