The Mountain Estate: Board Of Directors and the Architectural Review Committee met
on Wednesday, March 27, 2002 to review your March 5, 2002 submittal as well as
Mr. Keith Brinson's clarifications dated March 14, 2002, The following provides the
outcome in regards to -he three requests.
1) The glass block. window replacement is approved as.subm:,t+ecl.,
2) The new A/C system 'is approved contingent that all roof mounted HVAC
systems and vimts are screened and not visible from adjacent street or lake
property views It was also noted, that the five condensers located on the roof be
soundproofed t:, minimize any noise or vibrations to neighboring sites. "
s) The landscape -planting hedge was denied. It was determined that the plant
material select::d will grow to fast for the location shown' and will quickly
become out of! -ale and overgrown.
