ANNUAL LEAGUE OF CALIFORNIA CITIES
CONFERENCE IN MONTEREY APRIL 12-14.
Attached you will find a flyer on the League's annual conference
which will be held in Monterey this year.
During Fiscal Year 1988/89, $2,500 was budgeted for the
Commission's travel and meetings. During October 1988, three
Commissioners (Beck, Jaffy & Rothschild) attended the
Californians for Drug Free Youth Conference in Orange County for
a total of $1,432.25. This leaves a balance of $1,067 in the
travel account. The conference in Monterey will cost about $800
per person. Therefore, there's funds enough remaining to send
only one member.
