To date, the Desert Dolman and the Burns and Yackman plaques have been completed. Restoration of the "Spirit of La Quinta" is scheduled to begin on October 16, 2006. Vandalism of Art in Public Places has been random and will be corrected immediately following the occurrence. Some vandalism may be corrected by in-house staff, while other occurrences may require an art maintenance contractor.
