tion• of which is delayed by conditions beyond control. The property will be considered acceptable for mortgage insurance
° -and closing papers may. be submitted provided:
(a) All off-site improvements required by the commitment have been acceptably completed and so reported, or their
completion has been assured by an aoceptable mortgagee's• assurance of completion,`and
(b) all specific conditions of the commitment not requiring field inspection as indicated on the face hereof have been ac
ceptabfy fulfilled; or evidence of compliance is submitted with closing papers, and
(c) the closing papers are accompanied by FHA Form No. 2300, "Mortgagee's Assurance of Completion," properly axe-
cuted and providing for withholding the sum indicated, or by indicating the sum is available on a commercial letter of
credit, and for completion of construction not later than the date stated, on the face hereof.
D. FINAL ACCEPTANCE
Construction has been completed and all specific conditions of the commitment have been acceptably fulfilled. Closing

enged project... Tests were performed at random 'locations in accor-
dance.with ASTM-D`2922-81.and ASTM D 3017-78 Nuclear. Density Test.
..Procedure. Tests performed. as. -per ;authorization of Tom Hartung.
The estimated locations of.the' tests"are presented on the attached
plan with their'results being summarized on the"attached't'est re-
port sheet. A total of two (2) density tests were performed. Test
results indicate a minimum'of ninety percent (90%) of relative com-
paction has been obtained within the areas tested. The maximum
density -optimum moisture was determined in the laboratory in accor-
dance with ASTM D 1557-,789 Method A, five (5) layer curve.'
