BACKGROUND AND OVERVIEW: To recognize the 125 volunteers that helped make the 20`" Anniversary Celebration a success, the City Council will hold a Volunteer Recognition Ceremony on Wednesday, May 15 at 5:30 in the courtyard of City Hall. The Community Service Commissioners may wish to assist with the set up and clean up of the event, as well as assist in handing out the certificates and other promotional items such as wine glasses and city pins. ALTERNATIVES: The alternatives available to the Commission are: 1. Assist with the Volunteer Recognition Ceremony to be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2002 at 5:30 p.m. in the courtyard of City Hall; or 2. Do not Assist with the Volunteer Recognition Ceremony to be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2002 at 5:30 p.m. in the courtyard of City Hall; or 3.
