Kellogg, Pres. building a home and pool that will be Madero, the lot north of the above As you know, the bottom of the wall is constructed of concrete block with wood frame on top. Stucco is then applied to the wall. Prior to any construction activity, we inspected the wall and observed numerous stucco cracks. The cracks were emanating from the intersection of the wood frame and concrete block. This is very common in this type of construction. Also, as we were grading the property and removing dirt from the side of the wall, we discovered that the stucco did not continue to the base of the wall at three or four locations. Today 1 met with the adjoining property owner and discussed our plans,regarding this wall. He was advised that we will repair the wall by adding stucco to the areas that were .originally left ,,unfinished.. The existing cracks will be filled and patched. We will either paint or apply a stucco fog coat to make the wall uniform in color. The adjoining property owner was also informed P.O.
