When the scope of the work is in agreement between the Insurance company and ProTech Construction, we agree to complete the work for the owner's
deductible and the insurance checks/drafts for original damages and supplements involved with this loss only. Your signature on this contract grants
ProTech Construction the owner's power of attorney to sign or endorse any checks and/or drafts madeayable to owner for original damages or
supplements, as settlement for owner's claim for damages to the home identified above. All supplements will be sent directly to the Insurance company
and checks will be sent directly to ProTech Construction.

California law requires that Contractor start this project within twenty (20) days subject to Contractor's ability to obtain permits and Buyer's ability to
obtain financing. However, buyer is advised that processing home improvement financing normally requires three (3) to five (5) weeks and obtaining
permits an additional two (2) or three (3) weeks. t
TIME AND MANNER OF COMPLETION: For Kitchen and/or Bath Remodeling, work will commence approximately ten (10) days after necessary
permits are obtained and shall be substantially completed within Thirty (30) working days after cabinets or plumbing fixtures are on job site. For Room
Additions • Single Story, work will commence within ten (10) days of obtaining all permits and shall be substantially completed within 120 working
days after foundation is poured. For Room Additions - TWo Story and/or T\vo Story over Existing dwelling, allow 90 to 120 days for engineering, plan
check and necessary Permits. Work shall then commence within ten (10) days and shall be substantially completed within 150 Working days after
foundation or floor joists are installed.
BUYER'S AND SELLER'S RIGHT TO CANCEL: Either may cancel this transaction or offer, without penalty or obligation, within three business
days from the below signed date.
If you cancel, any properly traded in, any payments made by you under the contract or sale, and any negotiable instrument executed by you will be
returned within 10 days following receipt by the seller of your cancellation notice, and any security interest arising out of the transaction will be
canceled.
If you cancel, you must make available to the seller at your residence, in substantially as good condition as when received, any goods delivered to you
under this contract or sale, or you may, If you wish, comply with the instructions of the seller regarding the return shipment of the goods at the seller's
expense and risk.
If you do make the goods available to the seller and the seller does not pick them up within 20 days of the date of your notice of cancellation, you may
retain or dispose of the goods without any further obligation. If you fail to make the goods available to the seller, or if you agree to return the goods to
the seller and fall to do so, then you remain liable for performance of all obligations under this contract.
To cancel this transaction, either buyer or seller must mail or deliver or fax a signed and dated copy of this cancellation notice, or any other written notice
to the respective buyer's / seller's address listed above not later than midnight of

If buyer cancels this agreement after right to rescind and after work has been commenced, he shall pay Contractor the amount of all expenses incurred
to that date plus twenty-five percent (2501o) of contract price which will be considered as Contractor's gross profit of contract job. ("Any work" shall be
defined as, but not limited to, any of the following: measurement of job, drawing of plans, obtaining of permits, field Inspections, and any form of
demolition work.) If buyer cancels this agreement after the right to rescind and before commencement of construction he shall pay Contractor the
amount of expenses incurred to that date, plus a profit of len percent (10%) of the contract price.
LICENSING: Contractors are required by law to be licensed and regulated by the Contractors State License Board with hasjurisdiction
to investigate complaints against contractors if a complaint is filed within three years of the date of the alleged violation. "ANY QUESTIONS
