The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your request for one
permanent sign for RLR Management Consulting, Inc., located at 78-010 Main Street, Suite 200, in
Old Town La Quinta. The approval is subject to the following Conditions:
1. This sign permit is for one permanent non -illuminated sign. The sign is permitted on the
south elevation facing Main Street. The sign materials and location are per approved plans
on file with the Community Development Department.
2. The sign shall not exceed six (6) square feet in area. The sign shall be constructed of % inch
thick aluminum letters.
3. The sign letters shall conform to the approved Sign Program for Old Town La Quinta
(SA 2003-720).
4. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department prior to installation
