The approval is subject to the following Conditions of Approval:
1. This sign permit grants two permanently -mounted illuminated building identification
signs.
The total square footage for the north -facing building -mounted sign will be no greater
than approximately 22.50 square feet. The total square footage for the east -.facing
building -mounted sign will be no greater than approximately 22.50 square feet.

Development Department.
