The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your request for
one permanent business identification sign at 78-100 MainStreet, Suite 207, as shown in
the attached exhibit. The approval is subject to the following .conditions:
1. This sign permit grants a permanent 4 foot 9 inch non -illuminated 1/4" thick
black acrylic sign to be located beneath the window as shown on the exhibit.
Materials for the signs are per the approved plans on file with the Community
Development Department.
2. If required, a building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety
Department prior to installation of the sign.F •,,
