Dear Tom,
Both my wife and I wish to 'Thank' you for working
with us to resolve the recent problem with the setback of
the storage shed constructed last year.
Without your help and the assistance given by a
relative of my wife from San Diego last week end, it. would
have taken . several more months to complete the
remodel.
Your attention to detail and timely response to my call
for final inspection was more than satisfactory ! we can
only hope that our problem with the neighbor has been
resolved.
Incidentally I have enclosed the line voltage, wiring to
the smoke detector in an electrical junction box with. a solid
cover plate.
It has always been nice - serving on the city
commissions with you and on several other projects with
the city.. Again, many Thanks.

order not to have to tear the building down, .we will
conform to the set -back rules as you have explained them
to us.
I have made a revised drawing showing both the plot
plan and the 'revisedstructure plan, along with the set--
back
et=back that will be, adhered to. we hope this will be enough
to enable us to apply for a building permit and start the
necessary remodel at our home at the above address.
