1. Picture of condition attached.
2. A written notice was left for plumb pressure at pregunite. At encap a second notice was left for
electrical inspection required and again plumb pressure test. No response from either written notice.
3. 12/6/95 gas test/electrical final was called in. • I did not understand what.electrical final meant and
assumed pool final, so I inspected for pool_$nal.
4. Found condition that picture show location of equipment. At pregunite Plumb test (that failed) was
located in an interior courtyard, giving me no indication of equipment location in garage.
5. Questions,
a. Is equipment location approved for garage location. Is garage required to more that 20' in depth.
b. 18" equipment stand required .
c. Barrier for equipment protection.
d. Does manufacture approve venting of heater in confined space (garage). And providemanufactures
spec's either way.
6. Notice wasleft for Barrile Construction 4:30pm 12/6/95 to not connect pool equipment or use pool and
to stop construction on pool until this matter is resolved. A message was left on 564-0053. I did not leave
any detail of corrections until I talked with you for approval of installation.
