Sony for the delay.
I hereby grant your fence contractor access to our property and authorize him to perform whatever work
necessary to erect the block wall fence along the shared border of our property (back yard). I understand that a
certain amount of excess dirt from the construction project will be placed in my yard and that it will be my
responsibility to remove it. I further understand that sprinkler heads and lines within 15" of the fence line will have
to be removed and/or relocated. In consideration of that, I hereby hold your contractor harmless from any
damage to the sprinkler system resulting from construction of the fence. Please feel free to have your contactor
call me at 760-391-8258 if he has any other questions, concerns or documents that he'd like signed. I'll e-mail
you later today regarding the financial commitment. Thanks.
