My name is Dan Wainio and I own the property located at 51-525 Avenida Mendoza, La Quinta, CA. I
share a portion of fence line with Kellie Berdon who owns the property at 51-538 Avenida Martinez. This
letter serves as an official notice that I give her permission to construct a brick wall around her property
as long as the following conditions are met:
1. The contracted work is done by a licensed entity that has insurance
2. 1 am given at least 3 day notice of the beginning of construction
3. The new fence does not protrude into my property
4. Any destruction of my property that is incurred due to construction of Ms. Berdon's fence is
repaired to its original state—this includes the original wood fence unless otherwise agreed
upon by Ms. Berdon and myself
5. The contractor is liable for any damage that cannot be repaired
6. The completion of the project, at least as it concerns my fence line, is completed within 5 days
